How to request deletion of your account and associated data on iOS, Android, or the web

This page applies to Pindo accounts created or used on both iOS and Android. You can request deletion of your Pindo account and associated data from inside the Pindo app where available, or by emailing us from the email address linked to your Pindo account.
If you cannot access the app, you can still use this web page and email process to request deletion.
For your security, we may ask you to verify that you control the account before completing the deletion request.
When your account deletion request is completed, we delete or de-identify data associated with your Pindo account, including:
We may retain limited information where required or permitted for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, payment, security, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes. For example, app store subscription and transaction records may also be retained by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other payment providers according to their own policies.
Backup copies may retain limited data for a short period until they are overwritten or deleted in the normal course of business.
Deleting your Pindo account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Please cancel any active subscription through the App Store or Google Play subscription settings to avoid future charges.
We aim to respond to account deletion requests promptly. Most deletion requests are completed within 30 days after we verify the request, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law, security, fraud prevention, payment, tax, accounting, backup, or legitimate business purposes.
